| The lightest boot of the Mountain Elite line and one of the lightest and most versatile alpine boots available. With the same key features as its big brother, the Triolet GTX, it has a different upper, made of a technical synthetic L-Tech nylon with Lorica inserts and a Gore-Tex lining. This gives a lighter boot, ideally suited to moving fast on difficult mountain terrain. The lacing system to the toe allows a perfect wrapping of the foot making the boot sensitive and precise, while the articulated Tri-Flex System allows unrestricted ankle movements and total comfort. The rubber rand surrounds the upper for maximum protection, while the microporous wedge and the rear TPU insert assure perfect anchorage for crampons. The toe area has been designed to ensure the Charmoz GTX can tackle rock with ease and without wearing too fast. The sole and midsole of the Charmoz GTX are suitable for crampons. |
